    Intolerable Acts
    The goal of this was to punish the people in Boston for dumping the tea in the harbor. To do this they passed laws in anger against Boston.

    The Proclamation prohibited Anglo-Americans from settling on French lands.

    The colonists in Boston were mad at Britain for taxing everyone on the tea for no reason and with no consultation, they dumped 342 crates of tea into the harbor.

    There was a goal of raising 100,00 pounds. The Sugar Act lowered the heavy-duty on molasses from 6 pence a gallon to 3 pence a gallon.

    A lot of measures were talked about and enforced by the British in 1767, that taxed goods should be taken and imported to American colonies

    British soldiers killed lots of people, they had been harassed and abused by a mom in Boston of British soldiers.

    The act was granting the company permission to ship its tea straight to colonies without consulting first. And they taxed them on all the tea that was being shipped.
