    Allowed companies to be informed of flaws and gave them the abilities to fix them quietly this also allowed Roosevelt the ability to regulate big business. I think that his falls under creating Economic Reform

    This made a rule for a food especially meat to be inspected for human consumption this made it harder for people to eat meat or other food that had dangerous chemicals for human consumption. This falls under Promoting Moral Improvement
