heart disease is the leading cause of death so it is important to take all preventative measures. Know your cholesterol, blood pressure, etc. Don't smoke, quit, reach out for help if you need it. Don't drink alcohol or only drink in moderation. Stay on top of exercise regularly for atleast 30 mins of exercise on most days of the week. -
