  • Against Method

    Against Method
In 1975 Paul Feyerabend published his first book, which was titled, "Against Method." This book expanded on the belief that science was not supposed to be used in a specific fashion, Bacon's scientific method, but to be open to all potential possibilities of finding results. He spoke about how the scientific method was not as everyone portrayed it to be anymore. That scientists used methods all over the place, which did not stay within the normal scientific method.
  • Controversial

Paul Feyeraband was a very controversial philosopher. He can be viewed as pro-science and anti-science. Feyerabend was even named science's "worst enemy". He was highly scrutinized for allegedly propagating anarchy, voodoo, astrology, Dada and even violence.
  • Conclusion

    Conclusion
In conclusion, I think Paul Feyerabend made many contributions to the philosophy of science, but may have come off the wrong way. He even admitted later on that he wishes he had not published his most famous works, since it made people think of him in such a different way. Some might think he didn't contribute, but if anything he made people think in a different way. He also gave people a reason to look at things differently, because he pointed out things others hadn't.
