    In 1918 Al met an Irish girl named Mary Coughlin, on December 4, 1918 Mary gave birth to their son Albert "Sonny" Francis, and on the 30th (same year and month) they got married

    After his first arest in New York for murder Capone wasn't found guilty and was let go. Yale sent him to Chicago to wait while things cooled off. Al moved his family in a house at 7244 South Prairie Avenue.

    About 1920 Capone joined Torrio in Chicogo, where he became an influential lieutenant in the Colosimo mob.

    Between 1925 and 1930 Al Capone proved to be better at organization then Torri, he syndicatted and exspanded the city's vice industry.

    William "Big Bill" Hale Thompson, Jr.(Mayor of Chicago at the time) decided that Al Capone was bad for his political image, and hired a new police cheif to run Capone out of Chigago. While looking for a new place Al relised he wasn't veary popular he bought an estate at 93 Palm Island Floridia.

    Four apone men particepated in Capones most notorious massacre, with two of tehm dressed as cops the seven men droped their guns and got 150 shots unloaded on them. But as like always Al had an alibi, he was in Florida.

    Al Capone gopt charged with a misdemeanor for not failing his tax returns for teh years 1928 and 1929. He was also indiced for income tax evsion from 1925-29.

    Capone was sent to the toughest prison and still took controol of the place. He got a rugs, a typwriter, a mirror, and a set of Encyclpedia Britannica.
