    Nyjah Huston learns to Skate.
    Nyjah was only 5 years old when he learned to skate. His parents owned a skate park in Davis, California called Frontline skate park. He had a very strict regime when skating. He wouldn't allow himself to learn any new tricks, until he landed every trick that he already learned.

    Winning the Tampa Am Competetion
    Nyjah Huston skating at the age of 9-years-old Nyjah Huston won first place at the Tampa Am competetion at the young age of 10 years old. He was already sponsored at this time by Element, a skating company. They began sponsering him by the time he was 8 years old.

    Huston Appears in a video game
    Tony Hawk created a skate series game for Playstation and Xbox called "Tony Hawk's Project 8". Nyjah Huston was featured in it even though he was at a very young age. Most pro skaters who were featured in the game were older than 20 years old.
  • Nyjah and Kelle Huston founded "Let It Flow"

    Nyjah and Kelle Huston founded "Let It Flow"
    Let It Flow is a water charity which works on helping waterless countries receive clean running water. Nyjah and his mother did this, because their family faced life without running water and electricty. When they lived in Puerto Rico, him and his brother would have to walk miles carrying five gallons of water back home. Kelle Huston would have to ration the water through out the week to ensure they had clean water for the entire family. [Learn more here! ](letitflow.org)

    "Fade to Black" is a promo video created by Huston and DC SHOES, one of his sponsors. The video is meant to show his fans and others that Nyjah is a street skater among all else. DC and Nyjah captured him riding on very dangeours rails and steps. He rides fearlessly throughout the video. Watch it here!
  • Meat & Hip-Hop

    Meat & Hip-Hop
    Nyjah's father was abusive and forced him to live the rastafarian life style. This meant he would only allow him to listen to reggage music and wasn't allowed to cut his dreadlocks. In an interveiw he stated he tried meat for the first time and likes it. After experiecing music, hip-hop is his favorite genre. He no longer has dreads, and his happy living life in his own home with his husky. He currently resides in California.
