Mr. Signs was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the youngest of four children.

When Mr. Signs was in kindergarten, he went to Disney World with his family. It was the first and only time his family went there.

In January of 1996, Mr. Signs lived through one of the biggest snowstorms in the history of his hometown, Oxford, Pennsylvania. Snow was so deep Mr. Signs could barely walk through it, and schools were closed for days.

The summer before he started high school, Mr. Signs went on a trip to Alaska with his dad. He went white water rafting, hiked up mountains, and saw lots of glaciers and wildlife.

After graduating high school, Mr. Signs attended St. Joseph's University. He majored in sociology and graduated in May of 2008.

Mr. Signs became an uncle when his sister Elizabeth gave birth to twin boys, Jesse and Ben.

Mr. Signs is the Godfather to his niece, Isabella, who was born January 8, 2010.
