During this time he invented Akiko, a 33 page comic book. He would create ten comics per year about Akiko. -

Mark has went to go visiting St. Boniface School in Germantown Wisconsin. When he went there he had a lot of Akiko fans that suprised him. To him its now the Akiko capital of the United States. -

One of Mark's last creations was a comic book called Miki Falls.It was published by ''Harper Collins''. A four volume Manga series. -

Next was that ''Akiko and the Missing Misp", hit stores in November of 2008, this book was for young readers. -

The library assocation put the Miki Falls in the graphic novel section. -
Development
Ever since Miki Falls been out its been optioned for film development by Paramount Pictures and Brad Pitt's Plan B production company. -

Mark now has been living with his Wife Miki and his son Mio, and he still draw. -
