    Health care- Visit the primary care at least once a year, visit OBGYN,eye exam every 2 years
    Topics of concern-Vision and hearing loss, perimenopause, age spots, chronic pain such as arthritis.

    My focus in my 50's will be to stay active physically and mentally, maintain a healthy weight, drink alcohol in moderation, and to keep my cholestoral at a healthy level.
    Health tips-Watch risk of heart disease and Osteoporosis, reduce stress
    Health care-Get a breast exam anually, HPV tests and bone density tests as recommended, PAP tests.

    My focus in my 60's will be to take care of my heart health, exercise regularly, and to exercise my brain often.
    Health tips-Contact doctor immediately if I notice a change in my mental health or cognative ability, take steps to reduce the risk of falling

    Topics of concern-Heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, increased risk for heart attack and stroke
