    healthy eating- making sure to get my minimum required vitamins everyday
    physical activity- regular workouts
    preventive health care- visiting doctor for screenings, tests, vaccinations; eating well to ensure lower rates of diseases later on

    routine health care- visiting the doctor at least once a year
    special topics- getting screenings at every doctors visit
    healthy eating- getting all required nutrients and remembering to eat out less
    physical activity- working out at least every other day
    preventive health care- visiting the doctor at least once a year, esp if I am very sick (more than colds and allergies)

    health tips- making sure to try for a workout every other day, at least 3 a week
    routine health care- regular hygiene, visiting the doctor twice a year
    special topics- making absolute sure to get screenings and vaccines at the doctors
    healthy eating- getting all required nutrients through food and supplements
    physical activity- 3+ workouts a week
    preventive health care- at least 2 doctors visits a year, with screenings, plus extra visits if im sick

    health tips-getting out of the house every other day at least, avoiding a general state of vegetation that may come with retirement
    routine health care- eating well
    special topics- get screened every few months for disease
    healthy eating- making sure to get all req'd nutrients + taking sups., getting in extra vegetables wherever i can
    physical activity- making sure to get out of the house whenever possible, working out if possible
    preventive health care-screenings, doc visits every time im sick
