    20s
    I will limit fast foods and processed foods. I will eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and low or nonfat dairy products. I will get the nutrients I need such as calcium, potassium, health omega-3 fats, and folic acid. I will chew food slowly. I will exercise regularly with weight bearing exercises to build bone. These can include running or hiking. I will have good hygiene, use sunscreen have gynecological exams, clinical breast exams, and Pap tests.

    30s
    I will have a similar diet to the diet in my 20s, but I will reduce the amount of salt. I will get 30-60 minutes of physical activity on most days. I will focus on weight-bearing exercise, including brisk walking, biking, and swimming, to help build muscle. I will have dental exams, get enough sleep (6-8 hours), immunizations that are needed, wear sunscreen, drink alcohol in moderation, have diagnostic tests and screening processes, try to reduce stress, and monitor my body mass index.

    I will take care of myself by eating right, exercising 30 minutes on most days, and doing things that I enjoy. My diet will be similar to my 20s and 30s. I will check up moderate my blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and homocysteine levels, resting heart rat, BMI, and blood glucose. I will have an annual clinical breast exam, pelvic exam, mammogram, Pap test, and bone density test. I will also wear sunscreen, have vision tests, and have cancer screenings.

    I will continue to implement the healthy lifestyle that was mentioned in my 20s, 30s, and 40s, such as a healthy diet, and exercising regularly. I will continue to cut down on sodium and maintain a healthy weight with my good diet and exercise. I will not smoke or use tobacco products and I will challenge my mind. I will have baseline EKG, colorectal cancer, diabetes, and blood pressure screening. 'I will have physical exams, dental exams, eye exams, and skin exams.

    60s
    I will continue to have the same healthy diet, exercise routines, and exams/tests. I will learn about the warning signs of heart attack and stroke. I will get the pneumonia and shingles vaccine along with any other necessary ones. I will reduce the risk of falls and will wear a seatbelt with shoulder straps. I will know my blood pressure, BMI, total cholesterol, CDC, HDL, triglycerides, fasting blood glucose, BMI, and waist circumference. I will talk to a doctor if I notice changes in my health.
