    By now I've got a comfortable, stable job and probably a husband. I'm still in the prime of my life, but just like my 20s I should be working on preventative actions for the future.

    It's time to watch my diet more closely and cut bakc on salts and fats. I also need to get all my minerals. Exercising regularly 30-60 minutes on most days is important. Avoid addictions, watch my cholesterol and I should be good. I'm still healthy enough to only have a comprehensive exam every 5 years. I should see a gynecologist regularly.

    I'll continue to work as a computer scientists. Age is starting to catch up to me I need to watch my health now more than before.

    Common health concerns include chronic pain, stress, and blood pressure. Skin problems like wrinkles and age spots will be creeping up from the sun damage I received earlier in life. Since I'm older I should have my checkups more regularly at 2-3 years.

    Now I'm definitely on the older side. It's time to focus on current health problems that came from previous unhealthy choices.

    Health is becoming more important. I should pay attention to good nutrition, stay mentally and physically active, and be mindful of alcohol. Common health concerns include cancer, chronic pain, digestive issues, heart disease, and osteoporosis. I should have a physical exam at least every two years, along with other medical exams.

    Now I'm definitely on the older side. I'm at a much higher risk for diseases now.

    Health concerns include heart diseases, diabetes, cancers, and osteoporosis. It's important to learn the warning signs of heart attacks. Continue all the healthy behavior from earlier like eating well and getting regular exercise. Important foods include fruits, vegetables, fiber, calcium and protein. Definitely see the health care provider regularly. Take risks to avoid falling, and make sure there's someone you can contact in case of emergency.
