    Physical activity should be daily, To prevent health problems, avoid tanning and protect your skin and eyes, which are suspectible to cancers. Practice safe sex. Take care of your mental health.

    30's
    In our thirties it is important to maintain a healthy diet, similar to that of our twenties. We should take extra care to include plenty of vitamins and minerals in our diet, and sometimes use supplements to ensure intake.
    It is important to get 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity most days of the week, from jogging to biking to playing tennis.
    To prevent health problems, limit alcohol intake. Protect yourself from the sun to prevent cancers. Do not smoke to prevent lung cancer.

    40's
    40's is an important preventative health decade. Maintain a healthy diet and an active lifestyle but be mindful of health concerns of growing older. Be mindful of skin problems, heart problems, joint problems, and back problems. Be sure to speak to your doctor about any changes you're noticing. Don't press yourself to do more than you're able, because you risk causing damage that will be difficult to repair or reverse. You're not as young as you once were. Wear sunscreen and don't smoke.
