Kurt played football at Northern Iowa, he didn't get to start until his fifth and finial year for the panthers and was great as their start. -
After Kurt's college career was over he tried out for the Green Bay Packers, they sent him home. What did Kurt do, he was working about trying to make a litttle living with his new wife.

While living in the mountains Brenda's parents had a tornado go through their house and destroyed it and killed both of them. This was a turning point in Kurt's life because he said he needed to be close to God because he never knew what would happen next.

Kurt played for the LA Rams Europe team for a season, he led the league with 2101 passing yards. -
After a great season in Europe, Kurt goes to the big leagues. He doesn't play in his first season. In his second season he gets called up when the starter gets hurt in preseason. The Rams have one of the biggest comeback stories as Kurt marvelously leads them past the playoffs to win the Superbowl! -
Kurt and Brenda started an organization that gives kids free trips to Disney word -
He was awarded Walter Peyton Man of the Year, Sports Illustrated best role model on and off the feild, and Muhammad Ali Leadership award.
