On their way to Johns new job he decides that they should go to Blaine Lake to tell Jessie off. On route to Blaine Lake John stops to shoot some geese. After seeing no geese Polly decides it's getting dark and they must continue their trip. She turns to face John only to find his shotgun aimed at her head. He pulls the trigger.
