Air's Rock, Night Time: Lindy Chamberlain (Azarias Mother) had been nursing Azaria while talking to Mrs Lowe, who was at the camping sight with her family, Lindy went to go place a sleeping Azaria in her basket while she went and got baked beans for her other son, Aiden. Once they went back to the BBQ, Mrs Lowe heard a babies cry, Lindy immediantly went to go check on Azaria, soon discovered Azaria was infact being taken away by a Dingo.

The bloody jumpsuit, singlet and nappy of Azaria is found near a boulder at the base of Ayers Rock by tourist Wally Goodwin.

On this day the second inquest began in Alice Springs, this consisted of Des Sturgess making his beliefs that Lindy Chamberlain took Azaria, killed her and hid her body very clear.

Lindy Chamberlain was put on trial for murder and sentenced to life in prison after there were a series of rips and tears around the neck of the jumpsuit and also an imprint of a small adult hand - alleged to be hers

An English tourist fell to his death during an evening climb of Uluru this night, While police were searching for his remains (bones) that may have been carried off by dingoes, they discovered a small item of clothing, it was quickly identified as Azaria’s missing matinee jacket that Azaria had on the night she was taken.

1.3 Million Dollars was awarded to Lindy from the Australian Government for Wrong Imprisonment.

On this day Frank Cole said he shot the Dingo that Killed Azaria, and saw the baby's body. He took a lie detector test, and passed but Lindy Chamberlain had doubts in his story.

Coroner Elizabeth Morris, tells the court her findings, agreeing with the Chamberlains claims confirming at Azaria was infact killed by a baby, a new death certificate was also issued for each member of the family.
