On January, 1 1863 Daniel Freeman, and the Union army scout, was scheduled to leave Gage County, and Nebraska Territory. There were three times when in 1852, and 1854,1859 weach was in the back in the old day the House Representatives pass of the Homestead Act legislation was stymied.
