    in 1902 Georges Melis prermaired a short motion picture. It was a story about a man going to the moon. It was a short comedy about space, wich was a very popular topic from 1890's through 1930's.

    The great train ride was made by Porters Film. It was the first longest film to las longer than 60 sec. It had 14 scenes and it lasted 12 min.

    In 1917 the film makers tried to use colors. This process did not work at first. Some colors were to daul or turned differnt colors. This process was taking to long it wold not be until the 1950's when color would be showen in a motion picture.

    The first two shots seen through the telescope 1900 with the telescope POV simulated by the circular mask. In this film you would just see the man helping the women with her shoe. Then all of a sudden your hear a gunshot go off. All you see is a man holding the gun you dont see the shot happen.
