The story is told by Todd Burpo, Colton's dad. Tod explains his sotry with kidney stones, shattered bones, and breast cancer. His son's true story starts with the stomach flu. His fever breaks and that was a good sign, or so they guessed. Later, they find out that this sign was really his apppendix bursting and needing emergency surgery. Colton is released from the hospital and is taken back to his house. He is now in full reovery. He plays like a normal boy. Now he starts talking about his time when he saw heaven. His father and mother are frantic about it. Nonfiction:Personal-Pg.42-76--Total(75) -
Chapters 14-End Pg.77-150
Colton talks about his expierence in heaven with Jesus in full detail. His parents are thinking that he died while in surgery but didn't really die. They are completely finatic about it and are very curious how their son went to heaven while in surgery and went to see Jesus.
