    When I am in my 20s, I will be sure to make healthy lifestyle choices. I will refrain from drugs and alcohol. I will follow a healthy diet to reduce my risk for heart diseases. I will also exercise regularly and avoid fast foods and processed foods to maintain a healthy weight. I will wear seat belts at all times and refrain from riding with an impaired driver.

    Swinging into the 30s
    When I am in my 30s, I will continue healthy lifestyle habits established previously such as a healthy diet, wearing seat belts, refraining from drugs and alcohol, and exercising regularly. I will also limit time spent under the sun to prevent risk of skin cancer. I will schedule routine health exams such as eye exams, dental exams and so on to maintain health. I will also aim to reduce stress by making sure I have time to enjoy myself, and keep my blood pressure in check.

    When I am in my 40s, I will be sure to continue previous healthy habits such as avoiding drugs and alcohol, wearing a seat belt, having established smoke detectors, maintaining a healthy fiet and weight, and exercising regularly. I will also monitor stress levels and observe my BMI index. I will take routine health exams, including ones that specifically target women in their 4os.

    When I am in my 50s, I will exercise regularly, maintain a healthy diet and weight, and challenge my mind to keep it sharp. I will continue to avoid drugs, reduce stress and get proper sleep. I will also be watchful of any health concerns and take routine health exams.

    When I am in my 60s, I will be sure to maintain my previous healthy habits such as a balanced diet, a healthy weight, regular exercise, los stress levels, refraining from alcohol and drugs, and so on.
