    1. Make sure I have been going to the dentist and doctor
    2. Get 30 minutes of exercise every day
    3. Make sure I am eating a lot of fruite and vegtables

    Every few years your metabolism goes down.
    1. How am I doing? I need to be going to the doctor
    2. Am I getting enough exercise? 40 minutes a day.
    3. Am I eating clean? Make sure I am still eating a balanced diet.

    Kids!
    At this point in times, I probally have kids. Are they healthy? I need to be giving them the proper ammount of nutrients tha they need every day. Maybe they should be joining a sport to keep up with there health.

    The kids are old enough now to where I don't need to boss them around as much. How am I doing? Have I been exercising enough? I need to be getting 45 minutes of exercise every day and need to be eating well. I also need to be getting a good nights rest, since I am working hard during the day,

    Kids off to colege
    With the kids off to college and me at home, I can finally get back into that great health routine. Have I seen all my doctors lately? Eye doctor might be good to make sure my eyes are in good condition. I need to work on my nutrition, making sure I get enough protien and grains and vegtables every day.
