I think I would get healthy exercise by playing sports and try to get good nutrition by limiting my budget and choosing more healthy foods in the cafeteria.

    At this time I will probably have a family and a steady job. And having a healthy balance can prevent health problems in the future. And at this age metabolism would start to slow down so I would need start cutting down on how much i eat. I will start a time when i can get 30 - 50 minutes of physical exercise to help my body be healthier.

    At this time of my life it is very important stage from preventing certain health problems later in my life. I will make sure to look up all my medical history to see if I have any illnesses i should talk to the doctor about or that I should be concerned about. At this stage stress could be bad for me so I need to make sure to get exercise so I can help release that stress. And i should go to hearing and eye doctors to make sure my sight and hearing are all in perfect order.

    And just like before it would be good to do checkups with an eye doctor to see if I need something to help my vision. At this time in my life I really need to pay attention to good nutrition because my metabolism is getting so low at my old age. It's good to eat foods like vegetables and to stay away from heavy fats. Staying well mentally is important too staying in touch with family members can really improve the mind.

    Good concerns for me to have at this age are things like my declining physical and mental health. Learn about the warning signs of certain things like strokes from doctors so you know when to spot them and when to act. And it also is good to know all the heart attack symptoms just in case it were to come up. Make sure to make more checkups. Being sure to get good a good 30 minutes of exercise per day is really good to keep yourself in good physical shape.
