  • 20s

    20s
    In your 20s, it is important to eat a healthy diet and make sure to exercise as much as you can to maintain a healthy weight. Don't smoke or do illegal drugs because that could lead to problems in future, or times closer than you think. Mke sure to have medical checkups every two years. For women, go to the gynecologist and have check-ups. For men, have a clinical testicular exams and regular self exams.
  • 30s

    30s
    Continue to eat healthily and exercise to keep a healthy weight. Have regular clinical exams every two years. Women should still have check-ups with gynecologist and men should still have testicular exams. But during your 30s, you should have eye exams every two years and hearing tests, skin/cholesterol screening is recommended
  • 40s

    40s
    In your 40s, it is more likely that chronic pain increases and so does the risk of mental and physical conditions. You should have a physical exam every two to three years along with blood pressure/cholesterol screening. People in their 40s should also have dental exams with cleaning every six months to a year.
  • 50s

    50s
    It's still important to eat healthily and stay active (physically and mentally) while maintaining a healthy weight. Get enough sleep and try to reduce stress. Don’t smoke or use tobacco products. Have physical exams every two years and a dental exam and cleaning every six months to a year along with blood pressure screening every year. Also, have a cholesterol screening every five years
    Diabetes screening is recommended.
  • 60s

    60s
    It is likely you will have a health problem increase and you should talk to your doctor about health concerns and you should listen to healthcare providers’ recommendations. You should get annual flu vaccines and an eye exam every year. You should get a bone density test at 60 or 65 and have a dental exam every 6 months
    For women, you should get a Pap/Pelvic exam and for men, you should have a prostate cancer exam
