Federal Assult Weapons Ban Expires
This 10 year ban of assult weapons was passed by Congress on Septemeber 13th, 1994. It banned all semi automatic guns manufactured after Septemeber 13th but this law recently expired in 2004. -
Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act
Prevents firearms manufacturers from being held liable about their products being used in a harmful way.
