    The combination of lack of water and poor farming techniques lead this disaster to occur. Even if these kind of disasters are common in the US, people and environment was not prepared for it.     UK's ten National Parks are established
    With the creation of this ten national parks in the UK in 1951, the preservation of these great and amazing portions of earth was established. This pointed to the maximum preservation of these areas. By doing this, natural areas like these were destined to be under law's protection, and this way environment could get the environmental processes continue normally.

    Minamata Bay Disaster
    In Minamata, Japan, severe amounts of mercury were dropped on sea for many years by a chemical plant. This mercury poisoned the water and reduced the sea life to nothing, both sea plants and sea animals were poisoned by this chemical and also people that used this water in Minamata. Mistreating this way liters and liters of water making it unable to be used again.

    Bhopal Disaster
    At the Union Carbide Pesticide Plant, a great explosion released a huge amount of a highly toxic gas causing many inmediate deaths on people near to it. With the pass of the years, trees and many bushes on there, are no longer alive. Similar to the Chernobyl Disaster, in this case also water was contaminated and mistreated by tons of radiation in the air.

    Almost finishing April, a great explosion occurred in a Nuclear plant killing 49 people, but affecting over million people. This explosion full of toxic waste combined with fire, affected the environment in such a way that trees that are in the affected area, are dead and will not flourish again. Given the fact that radiation killed almost everything around it, was and it stills being a concern for Modern Environment Movement.

This program is projected to last until 2045 and elaborates annual meetings to see improvements and advancements. The creation of this program was due to the discovery of the "Ozone hole" which concerned many scientists.

The film provide us a serie of anecdotes, which are aiming to make us think on it. Facts such as melting ice caps in the polar areas on earth because of high temperatures or using green energy to reduce waste of energy.
