    Discovered by Amedeo Avogadro when he combined equal volumes of different gases, but found that they produced a bigger volume than what was expected.

    Woehler discovered this when he made the same crystals out of inorganic chemicals that he did with organic chemicals.

    Discovered by Kirchoff and Bunsen when they held different substances over a flame and the substances changed color

    Mendeleyev created the Periodic Table of Elements when he was trying to figure out how ti organize all the elements to teach his students. After organizing them many different ways, he found a perfect pattern.
