Child Citizenship Act of 2000 (Sections 320/322)
Immigrant children under the age of 18 can obtain citizenship after meeting a few requirements:
At least one of the child’s parents is a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization;
The child is under 18 years of age;
The child is residing in or has resided in the United States in the legal and physical custody of the U.S. citizen parent pursuant to a lawful admission for permanent residence.

Arizona passes SB 1070

Arizona's number of deported people drops below 40,000
The number of deported people from Arizona went from 92,592 in 2010 to under 40,000 by the end of the year. It was reported that the number of undocumented people living in Arizona dropped by 200,000 within a span of 3 years.

AZ Gov. Jan Brewer sends letter to President Obama
Gov. Brewer stated in her letter that she had no idea 400 migrant women and children were being dropped off at Arizona bus stations from Texas. Her letter gave the idea that Arizona is a target by the national government to release illegal aliens, and that the fault is entirely on the National government for the failing borders.

Obama signs immigration executive action and begins a new amnesty program
President Obama began a new immigration poilcy which "gives illegal immigrants who have been in the United States for at least five years, and who are parents of U.S. citizens or legal residents, a three year work permit. This permit will also allow them to obtain a Social Security number and get a driver's license." According to Newmax.com, deportations have dropped by 25% since October 2014.

"Dreamers" given deferred action are allowed to get driver's licenses
A federal judge made the decision that Arizona is required to give all immigrants given deferred action their driver's license. "US District Judge David Campbell issued a permanent injunction Thursday blocking measures endorsed by Arizona officials that had been designed to prevent so-called Dreamers from obtaining state-issued driver’s licenses."

2016 Budget accounts for $134.5 million to support unaccompanied illegal immigrant youths
