Call of Duty: Black Ops 3
'Black Ops 3' was the first ever videogame I played religiously. It is an extremely fast paced, team-based first-person-shooter game. The satisfying kill animations and realistic gun sounds stood out to me as a kid. I was introduced to it by a couple friends, which resulted with me getting a PS4 and quickly becoming addicted to it. Although I was at a young age, I reached a higher level than majority of the player-base, which fueled my love to game.
  • Clash Royale

    Clash Royale
After enrolling in middle school, I had little time to play console games with the addition of co-curricular activities and schoolwork. 'Clash Royale' was the only mobile game I was passionate about for a respectable amount of time. As an extremely fast-paced tower defense game, it was very appealing to me and killed time easily. I was also able to interact and connect with peers through this game as a common interest.
  • Rainbow Six Siege

    Rainbow Six Siege
As middle school was coming to an end, I developed a bad habit of procrastinating everything as much as possible, and 'Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege' was the cause of that. This competitive, 5v5 search-and-destroy game attracted my attention with its unique and different playstyle from the other games I've played. With a vast variety of different operators, maps and strategy, I was hooked enough to move from console to PC to play at a higher level.
  • Persona 5 Royal

    Persona 5 Royal
'Persona 5 Royal' opened a whole new world of JRPGs for me. It features a story-rich plot, engaging and unique characters, and different dialogue options which allows for a more personalised experience. I played through the game multiple times with a very close friend which took over 100 hours. Although the main focus is the story, the game was still packed with action such as puzzles and eliminating mobs.
  • Valorant

    Valorant
My most loved yet hated game of all time... 'Valorant' is also a 5v5 search-and-destroy type game, although much more fast paced and satisfying compared to 'Rainbow Six Siege' and even 'Counter Strike'. I refused to play this game when it first launched, which I still regret making that decision to this day, as it only took a couple months for me to understand the mechanics at a competition level. This game acted as stress relief for me as I was able to turn off my brain and have fun.
