This act was for sugar, molasses, wine, textiles, and more to be taxed. This was a way to receive more money after the war. Trying to sneak these goods in was to be discontinued as everything has to be taxed. The colonists did not like this act as it conflated with their economics. There were boycotts, and protests to try to critique this act. But overall, this was to prevent colonists doing unconstitutional trades.

The Currency Act was created to make money legal tender. This protected the British from having devalued currency. This act makes sure the currency on the paper is actually the correct pounds, and not what someone can just print. The colonists are not allowed to print currency. This makes the colonists have more debt issues because now they have to use British pounds, as well as it seems they see it as being overpowered.

This act was issued for all newspapers, licenses, leases, legal documents, etc. It was intended for taxes to be imposed on all of the colonists. However the colonists did not like this as there were protests, dealing with taxation without representation. It was assembled for all of the colonists to consider appealing this act, to soothe Parliament.

This was for the colonies to be aware of Parliament having full control and say so. They also are able to make and pass laws, which the colonists may not like. The colonists felt like they were unlisted too as they had prior, listed grievances about not having any representation and were being taxed. This began many protests opposing the British.

This act was brought into play when colonists had started going against the Stamp act. This also was to help the British Army. So this act imposed taxes on trade going into American Colonies. Some of the colonists responded by making their own products that would not get taxed. There were also boycotts due to not being under agreement to pay these taxes.

This was for the soldiers in British that had killed civilians, and injured many people in a crowd while shooting. 5 were killed and more were injured. The colonists had used this as a type of propaganda, and they wanted more British goods being boycotted.

This was enacted to impose taxes on molasses, tea, glass, sugar and more. This was also enacted to assist the East India Company because there was not enough tea being sold. Some of the colonists had fear so they would just pay for the tea, and taxes. Some of the colonists took the tea back to Britain. Tea was dumped into the harbor which caused chaos.

These were four laws that enacted punishment to Massachusetts Bay for destroying the tea. The colonists were so angry that they created the Continental Congress to discuss. This also made them prepare for a fight back.

This was enacted for the higher up military officials to have a better chance for soldiers to have better living conditions. This does not mean the colonists have to allow these troops into their home, but since they are supporting the country they must assist with the costs. The colonists did not like this as they did not see a need to help the army. With that being said some also refused to obey this law, because there were other acts that also had to be paid.

This act was the defined structure of how governing should be in Quebec. This act hosted more freedom of speech, and this was also spread throughout the North and Northwest. The colonists did not like this because it still felt like the British were punishing them. They will not have control of the land so now they feel their liberties have been interfered with.
