Due to this, many politicians thought his career had finished, but they were wrong. In 1929, he won the elections for been the governor of New York, and he occupied this place between 1929-1933. In this time, the crisis was happening, so he was also well known because of his plans and economic programs. -

In the presidential elections, Franklin obtained the victory. He was the president of USA during the Great Depression(the crisis). He established the ''New Deal'', a variety of help, recovery and reform programs.
Due to all this, he was the first president on TV!!! -

He was elected again for been the president. He wanted to establish a project, some new programs to continue helping the Crisis, and reforms of the New Deal, but he couldn't do it because of some new senators and judges who blocked him.
Due to this, the economy went down again. -

It isn't now a surprise for us saying that, he was again elected as president due to his popularity. But he didn't hold on for many time since his health wasn't good due to all this year of war. After all, he signed as president of the USA for the fourth time in his life. -
The President dies
On the afternoon, suddenly Roosevelt felt a terrible headache suddenly he fell. After carrying him to a bedroom, the doctor said he had had a massive cerebral hemorrhage.
He died without knowing anything about how the war had finished.
