    Eadweard Muybridge $25,000 bet
    Eadweard Muybridge made a statement that when a horse is at top speed all hooves are off the ground, the statement turned into a $25,000 bet. Twelve cameras were lined up along the line capturing the horses movements. The frames going in order really fast show the horse like it's actually moving which started picture films.

The single viewer looked through a peephole window at the top of the device. This was the start of film production that Thomas Edison created. He didn't think multiple viewers would contribute as much money so he wanted to keep the films solely for single viewers.

Later in the 1920's, longer films were produced with comfier furniture to sit in. Illustrated songs were added as a important feature in these films. The juxebox, piano, and orchestra were used to add spice to a film.
