    The Truman Doctrine was a policy set fourth by President Harry Truman saying that the United States would support Greece and Turkey with economic and military aid. Historians like to believe that it was the start of the Cold War.

    An American program that helped to support Europe. The United States supported European Economies to help rebuild Europe after World War II in order to prevent Soviet Communism.

    A pact that deals with the North Atlantic Treaty. It says that all members of the party will help protect eachother if there is an attack by any external party
