It is a major event because people in London could not see anything, the visibility dropped to only a few meters. This event was known because of the heavy pollution and its resulting death tolls. It had caused a lot of air pollution and a huge inconvenience to people who lived there. The fog was horrible and limited people’s visions which made it even harder for people to go through. There were also many deaths during this event which made it a major disaster. -

This disease caused a lot of problems and deaths. As stated above, people suffered from the same symptoms and this disease caused many deaths. This was caused by mercury poisoning and approximately 900 people and 2,265 people suffered from mercury poisoning. This made it a major event and known as a major disease around the world. -

This is important because it caused air pollution and affected a lot of people. Air pollution is one of the major problems in the environment which causes a lot of deaths and health problems. These toxic clouds had caused a lot of problems for the people living in Italy. -

This is important because there were a lot of people killed and it is still affecting people today. It has also become the worst industrial environmental disaster to ever occur. This has cause a lot of air pollution in Bhopal and has made people’s lives miserable. -
The Gulf War
This event was important because this was a major war and it involved 34 nations. The environmental disasters were oil spills and setting fire to oil wells in Kuwait. This was a problem the the environment because of these 2 reasons.
