Back them it was almost impossible for a white to be convicted for killing a black, and conviction was certain if a black was involved with a murder at all.

    After his death, the black people of America started to stand up for themselves. A lot of them started protests. In Alabama, Emmett Till was the inspiration for people like Rosa Parks refuse to give up her seat. In return, she inspired the city of Monogamy to start a city wide boycott of the bus system.
