13th amendment
this amendment states that no natives will be treated as a slave. -

ku klux klan put fear and violence to deny the native americans freedom.they burnd african americans homes and schools. -
civil right act
this act granted full citizenship toafrican americans. gave the fed ral gov the right to intervene in state affairs to protect there rights. -
black codes
these were laws to control the slaves and there like laws that keep the slaves in line. the south created these laws. -
The first reconstruction act of 1867
the first act of it was to have new government for the 10 south states that had not ratifid the fourteenth amendment. -
second reconstruction act
this act required the military commanders to register voters and preparfor the states consitutional conservations. -
15th amendment
the right to citizens of the u.s.a to vote shall not be denied to vote.
