    Yalta Conference

    The Yalta Conference was the congregation of the head of UK, USA and USSR to determine the fate and reorganisation of post war Germany and Europe.

    German unconditionally surrendered its troops which ended the war in Europe.

    Potsdam Conference

    A meeting in Potsdam of USSR occupied Germany with the aim of ensuring postwar peace throughout Europe. During this meeting the three leaders of major superpowers USA, UK and USSR came together and ensured that they didn't make the same mistakes as the Paris Peace Conference of 1919. This conference lead to the formation of the UN.
  • Truman Document Announced

    Truman showed this document in a joint session of Congress. He was asking for $400 million worth of military and economic assistance for Turkey and Greece.

    North Atlantic Treaty Organisation is a treaty between North America and Europe that is a military alliance between multiple countries. 29 of these countries are in Europe/North America and 3 are from the IndoPacific region.
