    -Molotov was created by the Soviet Union to provide aid to rebuild countries in Eastern Europe that were politically and economically aligned to the Soviet Union.
    - Although the Soviets we’re giving aid to the Eastern Bloc countries they were also demanding that countries who were members of the axis power pay reparations to the Soviet Union.
    - It affected liberalism because it didn't let the people have the right to choose.

    • Marshall Plan was an American initiative to provide aid in Western Europe in which the US gave 12 billion in economic assistance to help rebuild European economies after the World War 2.
    • Marshall plan played a major role in the Cold War by restoring western Europe to prosperity and strengthen the opponents communism.
    • Marshall plan was promoting liberalism by having free speech, free elections and capitalism and it took people's freedom to choose.

    - This was anti because Czechoslovakia is turning into a communist country which is against liberal principals.

    -The protest led Poland to escape communism and their communist leader gave the rights to workers and introduced more individualistic approach to the economy.
    - Since it allows free election it is promoting liberalism because it focuses on individualism. They were pro classical liberalism. It also promotes the principle of power because individuals were given the choice of who they want in power in the state.
