Last Soviet Flag was flown over Moscowjust days before, representatives from several states(Ukraine, the Russian Federation,Moldova Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, , Armenia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan) gathered together in the Kazakh city of Alma-Ata and said they wouldnt be part of the Soviet Union. they said that for a change, they announced they would establish a Commonwealth of Independent States.
