  • Rosa Parks gets bikes for people to ride to work

    she would give people rides to work in there cars and they would give bikes out
  • They peacefully protest to get there freedom

  • Rosa Parks got arrested and started the civil rights movements

    People stread the word NOT TO RIDE THE BUS TO WORK. 40,000 African Americans rode the buses to work everyday.
  • Boycott was working

    They whites realized that this wasn't just something that would end in a week.
  • The first rainy day, they thought for sure that they would take the buses, but they were wrong

  • MLKs house got bombed

  • On June 5, 1956, a Montgomery federal court ruled that any law requiring racially segregated seating on buses violated the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

  • They met every week to discuss what they are doing

  • House under her house did not go off

  • OUt raged, African Americans about kill whites

  • Boycott ended!

  • MLK still spoke for the African American protesting

  • she served as secretary African-American U.S. congressional representative John Conyers

  • Civil Rights Movement is over! African americans won
