    The supreme court told that the kids of the black race would have to learn their education at home. In another way it would be called Home School. They board of education felt that the African American Children would distract the white students while learning.

  • Montgomery Bus Boycott

    When the African American race had to sit in the back of the bus while the white race sat in the front. There was a woman named Rosa Parks, she sat at the front of the bus. There wasn't any room at the back. The bus driver tried to kick her off the bus, but when she didn't move she got arrested and went to jail.
  • Desegreation in Little Rock, Alabama

    African American students were not able to attend school until 22 days were gone after the first day of school started. President Eisenhower sent over 11,000 troops to make sure the nine black students wouldn't go to school and that the white students were safe.
  • Sit-in Campaigns

    A black college student protested by basically just sitting down in a store after not getting something the day before. He would sit with a grroup of his friends until he got what he wanted.

    A group of both white and black americans would ride across the country, Their goal was to grab the nations attention to tell them that they could all work together.

    Two black students were killed while one young man was trying to get into school early when he wasn't supposed to. He didn't get shot but the other two people lost their lives, because of him.

    Martin King Jr. and two of his co-workers walked down the streets of Birmingham, Alabama. He protested and protested until he got arrested and sent to jail.

    Martin Luther King Jr. went to Washinington. He made his "I had a Dream" speech.He won Nobel Piece Prize in Washington, D.C.

    Martin Luther King Jr. led another march from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama. Lots of success was made but a lot of people passed from this march
