Aristotle stays 7 years with Phillip in the Court of Macedonia. Aristotle also becomes the tutor of the 15 year old Alexander. Later Alexander became Alexander the Great. He was Alexander's tutor for 8 years.

The Persians attacked the town of Assos. They captured Hermais and executed him. Aristotle and the other members of the group that Hermais had begun, escaped to the islands of Lesbos. Together the scientists continued their biological researches.

Plato dies and leaves the school in the hands of Speusippus. It is said that Aristotle left the school at the age of 37 because he didn't agree with the new head of the school. Xenocrates of Chalcedon is known to have left with him.

Aristotle meets Hermais and stays with him for 3 years. While staying with Hermais, Aristotle married Hermais's niece, Phythais. Together they had one child who was also named Phythais.

Aristotle writes a piece in honor of the death of Xenophon's son in the battle of Matinea. It was called Gryllus.

Aristotle is 17 years old. Proxenus sends Aristotle to study with his friend Plato. Aristotle stays at the school until the age of 37( 20 years).

When Aristotle was ten years old his father, Nicomachus, died and since his mother was also known to have died when he was young, Aristotle was left in the care of Proxenus of Atarneus. Proxenus was possibly known to be a family member or a family friend.

Aristotle was the son of Nicomachus and Phaestis. He was born in Stagria, Greece. At the age of 10 his father died and left him in the care of Proxenus of Atarneus.

Phillip II captures the towns of Olynthus and Chalcidice. The town where Aristotle was born, Stagirus, stayed independent for a while, but eventually it was also defeated by Phillip II.
