    Known as the Seven Years war from 1756 to 1763, fought between the French and British over the territory in and around the Ohio River. The french won the support of the Indians in the war hence the name. The war ultimately ended in a treaty.

    Treaty that ended the French and Indian war. The terms meant the french had to give up all of the land it maintained in north america.

    A war launched in 1763 by a group of Native American Tribes mainly from the Great Lakes region. Leader of this Rebellion was Chief Pontiac, who's main goal was to drive the remaining British left over from the French and Indian War out of the region.
