    The Constitutional Convention was the gathering that ultimately ratified the constitution. It took place from May 25th - September 17th 1787. It's main goal was to establish a legal document of the country.

    The 3/5 Compromise was a an agreement upon how enslaved people would be counted. They agreed that for every 5 slaves only 3 would be counted. It happened on June 11th 1787
