    The Writs of Assistance is a warrant which allowed any officer to go into a building at any time and search it.

    The colonists had to pay a tax on sugar and molasses which is a form of sugar.

    The quartering act made it so that british soldiers were allowed to go into anybody's home and live there while they were in the colonies.

    This battle was won by the americans and the Americans were able to show their power through this victory.

    This was a battle in yorktown which ended in the Americans and the French asserting their dominance over Britain. This also led to the two sides negotiating a treaty.
