The groups areas act didnt allow blacks into urban, agricultural, or industrial areas, which were for whites only. Workers, housemaids, or gardeners made up most of the people who were allowed in those reserved areas, who were given state permission. -

The population registration act requires that all Africans be divided into three catagories according to race, black, colored, or white. Rules were given according to race. -
The Bantu Authorities
