People in their twenties need to excersise regularly to stay healthy, and getting regular check ups, on top of monitering vitamin levels, and with a focus on sexual health.

    During their thirties, people being to age, and excercise and diet become very important, as metabolism slows, to avoid weight gain. Prevenative care is very important during this time becuase chronic health condititions are common with people in their 30's.
  • HAPPY 40th!

    Health in your forties is very focused on hormonal changes, as metabolism continues to slow, and diet needs to be adjusted for that change as well as to stabilize hormones. Regular excersise can help combat both metabolism and several looming health issues. Preventative care means getting regular pelvic/prostate and or mammary exams, as well as diabetes and chosterol screenings.

    During a person's fifties hormone levels begin to drop, and without special care to eat healthy and excersise, weight gain can begin and muscle tone will be lost, which raises chances of medical conditions like high cholestorol and heart problems, which need to be carefully watched for.

    As people age into their sixties, skin and muscles decline in strength, as well as sometimes painful joint rubbing. Regular and carefully moderated excerise can ease your pains and keep muscle tone. As people age, dietary suppliemnts may be important, as well as getting enough fiber. Preventaitive health care focuses on heart health, and other existing medical probelms, as well as staying mentally fit.
