1st Amendments

  • 1st Amendment

The 1st Amendment was ratified on September 25, 1789 and was adopted on December 15, 1791. The 1st Amendment is the freedom of speech, press and religion as well as the right to assemble and petition. I believe that this amendment is still necessary today, because people would try to take away our freedom to worship what religion we want and tell us what we can or cannot say.
