    Invasion of Poland that the German soldiers used their tactic of Blitzkrieg and sense then they used it with all their other invasion. Ex: Invasion of France, Romania, etc.

    Plan that could lead to a possible invasion from Germany. Plan had failed.

    This was the time period during WWII when the Japanese and United States were at war with each other. Started of with the attack on Pearl Harbor, and ending with Battle of Okinawa.
  • Pearl Harbor

    Attack on the Pearl Harbor that began the war between the Japanese and United States.
  • Internment: Japanese Amerian

    In 1942, Japanese American people were relocated into internment camps after the attack on Pearl Harbor, beacuse the people of the United States and government did not trust the Japanese people for the attack on Pearl Harbor.

    Victory from the Russians, and one of the bloodiest wars fought. Showed that blitzkrieg wouldnt always work against them. This had cost the Russians a lot. Had to get many more resources and weaken their army.

    An invasion of the French territory in northwest Africa. Was an important invasion beacuse it would allow them to invade them further into Russia, etc. Giving them more troops to back up Italy.

    Where Jewish people were relocated by Germany, under Hilter.
  • Operation Overload; Invasion of Normandy

    This is was an invasion that the United States used to push back Hitler's German soldier to get them out of France. Doing this would weaken Hitler's army, and in would destroy the Nationa Socialist.
  • European Theater; Battle of the Bulge

    Germany had attacked the US with more than twice asmany troops. We pushed them back and they had over came the numerous amount of German soldiers and then defeated them.
  • Battle of Iwo Jima; Pacific Theater

    This was a naval battle that Amercia won.
  • Fat Man and Little Boy; Nagasaki & Hiroshima

    These were atomic bombs that were dropped on Japanese battle grounds and nearly ended the war with Japan. "Little Boy" was dropped in the city of Hiroshima, and "Fat Man" was dropped in the city of Nagasaki.

  • Nuremberg Trials; Martin Bormann

    Trials that were carried on due to war crimes, crime aggest peace, etc. Martin Bormann was given death as his penalty war crimes and crimes against humanity.
