    Ten weeks after the bombing of Pearl Harbor president Roosevelt signed this. What this meant was that it removed of any or all people from military areas.110,000 japense americans were relocated to remote internment camps all around the country. They were living in dificult conditions and poor treatment.

    During this march first they started with 90,000 to 100,000 men, but in the end only 54,000 reached the camp. These men were American and Filipino prisoners captured by the Japenese. They marched for 55 miles.. During this march they were beaten and abused.

    D-Day was fought on the beaches of Normandy. The Allies wanted to launch large invasions to Europe. The leader of the American troops were lead by Omar Bradley. He planned by speed because speed was vital.

    This is a day of remembrance, the marines put a flag on Mountain Suribachi, (highest point on island). After they put the first one up they put a second one up that was bigger. After this battle 550 marines were accounted dead, and 1,800 were wounded.

    The American B-29 bomber dropped the world's first deployed Atomic bomb. This bomb wiped out over 90% of the city. It also immediatly killed 80,000 people. Also tens of thousands were killed later because of bomb causes.
