They werre under attack and had managed save a few thousand grenades and a few hundred rifles, revolvers, and pistols. The Jews were armed with just a 2 or 3 machine guns and the Germans planned to wipe them out in 3 days.

    President Truman demanded to drop the Atomic Bomb when the Japanese rejected the Potsdam Decloration. The first bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. This bomb took out 70,000 residents. Three days later, Nagasaki was bombed too.
